Precision Sheet Metalwork
Since 1979 our company has provided a specalised metalwork service to the electronics, telecommunications and instrumentation industries.
Our policy of continued re-investment has provided us with some of the very latest computerised machinery in the industry.
SURFACE FINISHING
All our products are deburred and finished with our 900 mm capacity graining machine. This produces an excellent scratch free surface, ideal for electro plating or stove enameling.
Bush Inserters
Threaded studs, bushes and stand-off fasteners are fitted using our 4 HAEGER bush inserters, 2 of which are equipped with auto-feed systems to further accelerate this process.
Welding / Fabrication
CO2, Argon and Spot welding plants add to our facilities for fabrication of enclosures from steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
