CNC Punching

2 Amada 358 Vipros King CNC Punch Presses offer high speed punching with precise accuracy. A range of tooling from our extensive stock will cover most standard shapes. In addition we have tools for Louvres and Vents, Dimples and Joggles, “D” Connectors, Switches and Fuses etc.

Laser Cutting

Our Amada Alpha Laser profiling machine compliments our punching machines with the ability to cut complex shapes and and rapidly turn-around prototype and development work.

CNC Forming and Bending

3 Amada 7 axis CNC Press Brakes with a capacity of 3 metres x l00 tonnes and a wide selection of tooling offer a solution to all bending applications from simple brackets to enclosures, chassis, and rack mount systems.
