Alocrom 407-47 & 1200
Our in house Chromate Conversion treatment for Aluminium in the form of Alocrom 407-47 offers excellent corrosive protection and is an ideal pre-treatment for powder coating or stove enameling and is fully RoHS compliant. Our Alocrom 1200 line meets the specification DEF STAN 03-18 and DTD 900/4413D.
Powder Coating & Stove Enamelling
2 clean room facilities are fully equipped for wet stove enamelling and offer high class instrument finishes necessary for presentation surfaces on front panels and products requiring a high quality finish.
Our Electrostatic Powder Coating plant offers a range of finishes which are a cost effective option to Stove Enamelling. We have Static Box ovens with a Max. capacity of 2.5M x 2.5M x 3.6M all with recirculating process heaters up to 200°C
A range of popular colours and finishes are always available from stock.
All our finishing is assessed for thickness, adhesion, gloss level, and quality to ensure it meets the customers specification
Silk Screen Printing
Our silk screen printing department offers in-house facilities to generate artwork, photography and stencil manufacture.
We use modern 2 pack inks to achieve maximum adhesion and durability to both coated and plated surfaces.
