Our CNC Punched and Laser cut sheet metalwork is produced to a very high standard from Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Brass. We are also able to work with many sheet plastics.

Our process include Punching, Laser Cutting, Bending, MIG and TIG Welding and Grained finishing

Our product finishing departments will add the finishing operations necessary for you to receive your products ready for use, without the need for further operations.  We are able to offer  Alocrom 1200 and RoHS compliant 407-47 pre-treatment in addition to Powder Coating and Stove Enamelling. Panels can be Silk Screen Printed with customer's  artwork.  All operations are carried out in house enabling us  to have total control over the manufacturing process.

Typical products would be enclosures for electronic equipment, 19" Rack cabinets, RFI shielding, antenna components, cabinets for telecommunications equipment together with the associated brackets and fixings.
All parts are produced to customer specifications and tolerances.
